Little do they know, that this could very well end their chances of getting the job. A good way to go about answering this question would be to speak about the skills and abilities that you gained in your previous job and the ways in which it would help you to execute your responsibilities in the new work profile. Suggested Answer: “I learned a lot from my previous company but I guess that organizations, like people, have their distinctive personalities. My creativity wasn’t compatible enough with the organization. However, now I am pretty sure that I know where I and my creativity may fit in.” “What do you think are your weaknesses?” Ouch!
